Damn, yeah -- just realizing that. I think I have a tool that lets me query .db files -- that might be the better route.

Only issue with plugin is it only tracks from time of installation as it runs its own db.

There is no option within Emby for this. One would just do a blanket search on your filesystem for fanart and just delete. Correct but one should be able to just disable Backdrops setting it to 0 in your image fetcher options. Lock is stored in DB also preventing automatic changed to item. But does not stop manual changed.

Currently there is no option besides manually copying the activitylog.db and doing your own queries on that db or grabbing on from the backup folder. Opening the Activitylog in the ui is not searchable do to the virtual loading as you scroll as it could take forever for this log that technically goes back years or as old as your server. I would assume devs would have to add a specific search option for this database only. This is where the Playback Reporting plugin has some advantages with being able to query it db within the plugin.

Hi, Is there any way to run a search on activity? When I click the 'Activity' button to see the history (this link: /web/index.html#!/serveractivity?useractivity=true), that does seem to bring up the entire history of the server. However, if I ctrl+f on an item, it doesn't work, as it seems to only load items that you scroll down and hover over. I'm hoping to be able to do a proper search that will show any activity for a particular item -- is there a way to do this? Thanks.

Interesting, but I want to add that I am not using any beta version of iOS or tvOS software in my case.

No worries, I think it all depends on how much media you have, I prefer emby to down load whatever metadata and images it sees fit. For most stuff I don’t care about it’s good enough, then for films I really like I manually go in and use emby to either download some more backgrounds or replace the poster or other art. I have the bulky plugin and I did play around with it for you in case there was something easy in there. I’m not sure it will help you but take a look. There must be some standalone media manager apps out there, hopefully someone else will give you a recommendation.

I questioned the removal - rather than change the channel. They have corrected the logo for 113 Sky One but not added an entry for it at 106 They also removed 408 Sky Sports Action Maybe the updates are iterative - removals and then additions later

Yes - I found this web site and I used it to compare and ask gracenote to get the channel numbrs checked out for Sky Q. Not found an official Sky.com web page listing the Sky Q channels. Their changes web page does mention satellite channel numbers relating to the changes and I presume these would be Sky Q channel numbers - but for Sky Sports channels, only the rebadging for 412 to be Sky Sports Action is mentioned. These are the discrepancies I found between the Sky Q lineup for West and the list on the TVCL page. I asked gracenote to look into them

Well, I guess that can't be changed. You surely know which Emby version was the last one that displayed the filenames. I'd like to downgrade to that version for now. It takes too long to manually change all the meta tags of my trailers. Could you please tell me which version I would need to downgrade to? Thank you.

The app should have a subtitle offset option to temporarily fix issues like this in the future while a real fix is found. It has been 2 months of being unable to watch anything with subs

I am experiencing the Same issues.No Audio at all on Emby, and it appears to connected to the version of TVOS on the ATV. I have been testing the beta off 26.4 release 2. There is a change to audio output as ATV never let audio pass through in the past. Under 26.4 Beta under audio enabling Dolby atmos and continuous audio now enables native atmos. The way I tested this was loading a native movie with TrueHD Aliens is the movie. Under Plex, my SONOS bar shows ATMOS, with INFUSE plays native ATMOS. With Emby i get no audio at all, neither Dolby 5.1, ATMOS or DTS work. If I disable atmos and continuous audio on the ATV, audio returns to Emby. Hope this helps, but I think Emby is going to need an update for the forthcoming TVOS update …. Gary

Not before I'd entered this thread, no, but that seems entirely reasonable to me. I'd heard about this plugin a lot over in the various home screen threads before ever actually coming over here to dig into it.

Pretty sure TueNas runs it in a docker container, set the network mode to host and that should resolve.

Could we get a resolution filter on backdrops selection? I tend to get the 4k versions (3840x2160) of back drops when available but this usually requires a bit of searching to find in the returned results. Bonus for a library option to prefer higher resolution back drops over lower

I don't think anyone was being misleading, I just saw it mentioned a lot in the context of “lets you do lots of cool stuff with the new home page” and thus thought of it in terms of the sorts of things I, personally, wanted to do with my homepage. And I guess most people on here already use Trakt, so it's less of a redundancy there (do I need to be a VIP on Trakt to create lists? I can't see a way to do it). I've also spent a lot of time with the VirtualTV plugin, setting up channels, and that allows you to do more things with the Emby metadata rather than relying on external sources, so I just kinda came in with those expectations I guess. Not anybody's fault.
