Currently if you have a separate folder for the episode, then you could have a subs folder underneath that. Then it is specific to that episode.

I included the menu options I have when I click the three-dot menu. I don't have the option to adjust the size of the thumbnails in the list like I do when I am one level out from this in the "movies" directory. The Movies menu offers me the option to "set your preferred size of image grids."

ok ty i was able to get someone to help me build it on truenas. it starts up but just keeps saying config as been downloaded and to update with api keys ect. i have already done this and added the emby info, changed to png. but every time i restart container it just keeps saying config has been downloaded. is there something else that needs to be changed. i compaired your config and not much different.

I applaud your effort in making this but one of the biggest no-no's on the internet is to give outside access to your computer and servers. Even running services that are accessible from the internet (like Emby it self) is actually a bad thing security wise, then giving away the passwords to it as well is just asking for trouble. Then here you have the added security issue of adding even more ways for things to go wrong by introducing another connected system that has the passwords. It's like putting a muzzle on your dog, turning off the alarm and giving your front door key to your house to strangers while you are away.

Same issue here since yesterday. Subtitles (eng.default.srt) do show on android phone, not anymore on Emby for Windows or Nvidia Shield.

I believe its to do with being over/under a certain width of screen. I just thought I'd multiply both by 4.

I admit, it's a little bit chaotic, and not all documentation has been updated. The Readme is taken without any modifications, as it's the default for forks on GitHub. Python scripts run natively without the need for a Docker setup, and as I haven't deployed a docker yet, this part ist still untested. If the image is being pulled from GitHub, not DockerHub, tommargar/Kometa:nightly_feature_emby_overlays_2 might work. Otherwise, you can install it by using the console commands "pip install -r requirements.txt" and run with "python kometa.py" and the usual Kometa commands respectively. Take a look here for example (local files also work): https://github.com/tommargar/Kometa/blob/nightly_feature_emby_overlays_2/docs/config/emby.md The Emby plugin dll is needed for nativ Emby overlays, meaning Kometa will generate opaque pngs as overlay files, which can be merged in Emby, without the need of overwriting original poster files. It goes in your Emby server plugins folder. Without it, every time you select a different poster, you lose your overlay till a new one is created.
