Hi @LukeI got the logs now for Emby server and Emby for Android app on Chromebook. I am at Europe/Amsterdam timezone (CET/UTC+1). I started with the test at around 15:19. The profile name is Celine and I have attached the logs (after removing sensitive info). Only the movie Once Upon a time in China is playing correctly and the audio is converted to AAC. All other media is playing without any sound. I even turn on/off the option to convert audio to dolby digital but it does not solve the no audio issue. Let me know if you need more details to troubleshoot this issue. Additionally, I disabled all plugins when scanning my media library, and everything scanned fine. I'm still having trouble accessing the Plugin Catalog. Please help.

There is external software to tag comics with metadata, like this https://github.com/comictagger/comictagger However, I do not know how these tags are stored and if emby reads them. I do not have a comics library myself so I can't test it either.

I guess some way to reset settings that lock you out, for example over email which i believe is the easiest. But the other guy here is right ,that i was assinged my email adress as nickname when i registered is annoying, if mods here could change my nickname to John Doe or something and remove the email from this thread id apriciate it. I dont see anywhere in settings to change that.

Here the structure: /Industry (MULTI) (2020)/Season 03/ -> S03E04 - Industry 03x04 - Safari Sauvage (MULTI) (2020) [tmdb-90812].strm -> S03E04 - Industry 03x04 - Safari Sauvage (MULTI) (2020) [tmdb-90812].en.sdh.srt -> S03E04 - Industry 03x04 - Safari Sauvage (MULTI) (2020) [tmdb-90812].fr.srt The english SRT file was downloaded by Emby (modify subtitles -> search -> download). The french SRT file was put manually by me directly in the movie folder. I can see the EN SRT but not the FR one. What's wrong? Must i scan again library?

Are they, though? Quite often TMDB is the only one that exists, which is certainly better than nothing.

I visited open library website and unfortunately the information about comics was very little. I think it would be best to have a dedicated source for comicbooks, i tried to look on the net but no luck, to be honest I don’t really sure what to look for I just look for a plugin but maybe this can be hidden under different name….

Merci pour le partage, je ne peux pas le tester car je n'ai pas de matos NVidia sur mon serveur Emby mais 2 petits points qui me chiffonnent: -> tu convertis tout en HD par défaut ? quid des formats 4K ? Ça serait bien de faire un test sur les fichiers pour garder le format avant de lancer la conversion. -> au lieu d'utiliser un fichier txt pour savoir ce qui a été converti, pourquoi ne pas tout simplement vérifier chaque média pour voir s'il est en HEVC ou pas et convertir uniquement ceux qui ne sont pas en HEVC ?

Hi Luke yes I updated to the latest versions on IOS and Android and in both instances I now have the thumbnail previews working again in downloaded files which is great. unfortunately the ‘skip intro’ button still does not show up. It is there for files streaming from the server but now when I play downloaded files. let me know if there is anything I can do on my end or in the settings etc. thanks!
