Yes, I thought the same thing, however, after contacting the creator via Telegram, he explained it quite differently, one IP(i.e. Emby) can be served multiple streams, must also set AllowUsersWithAnyToken, however this should only be used if you're using this on your own LAN and have things locked down. You can always contact the creator for verification he is very active on his Telegram, but, I'm still using this configuration and the only extra streams that show when called are from different IP's and that is exactly how it should behave. Yes thank you for this but that was the guide that I followed when I installed EMBY Server as a service. Runs this way on Windows 11 perfectly.

I have an update to this. Perhaps it should be a new thread but it is probably related to the Windows Server 2025 installation. EMBY Server is running on this server as a service. Remote machines can access it and playback media so everything is defined correctly and working. When running locally neither EMBY Theater or the Web interface can replay media. The error is that the directory could not be found. The drive V: is mapped to the location of the films. I tried to add a new directory to the library, mapped drives (V:, U:, Z:) are not seen. I tried the "Network" option. It returns blank. I also tried manually typing the UNC. This also comes back as not found. So in short EMBY Server running as a service has a problem with networked media on Windows Server 2025. Running EMBY Server "normally" it runs correctly.

For me, just because it is nice to have variety. The cards view is a bit small, and the horizontal spotlight only allows you to see one item at a time, while the vertical spotlight on a horizontal display would allow it to have more impact than cards view while still allowing you to see more than one item at a time. I don't see much use of the horizontal spotlight on the phone, but on the TV all three options could work well. If the options exist, it's just an added bonus to allow the user to decide what they want it to look like.

Too many threads here people trying to back there way into updating paths when they had to change a drive letter or storage issues. It will save you significant headaches in the future. It looks like 2 nfo files for one movie when you view from movies view or folders view for the gray folder that seems to be working while the other nfos are same from both views

Ok, was just wondering how the post with the Blue Moon got the certificate to display? Have tried to install EmbyIcons Plugin, but it's not working. I'm running Emby 4.10.0.40 and tried to install EmbyIcons (twice - see below). Have restarted Emby after the plugin had installed, but it doesn't display under my installed plugins?

That's right; I cloned this server from another one—something I've done before without issues—and you just have to delete the files rm connect.txt rm device.txt before starting Emby, and it works perfectly. However, I did the same thing with this server; everything was fine at first, but over time, these problems started to appear.

How do you get the BBFC rating to display as an icon?

just regular strm or symlink with no vantage point tags on 2 show gray folders
