Hrm. The files were properly tagged - looks like the bug was occurring even for files that haven't changed in years. ffprobe showed correct metadata both for old files and the new files I added. I have used the same beets & picard config a long time with no real changes. Anyway, I was able to get this to work by upgrading to the 4.10.0.4 beta and then simply doing a complete "Refresh Metadata" on the music library with no other underlying files or configuration changes. I guess it's probably a latent upgrade bug somewhere... But it's resolved for now and I can't recreate it.

Maybe a fluke, maybe related but restarting the Emby server app did not help but a complete restart of my physical server seems to have cleared the issue for recording completed after the restart. The recordings made before the restart still did not work. @LukeWhat I saw was the "No compatible Streams Available" message on Roku but did play fine on the PC through the web app. Thanks guys.

Came here to reawaken this thread. I'm having the same issue on a Pixel 8 Pro. I'm always having problems in a dark room. To the point that it's unbearable for us to watch a movie in bed. The brightness setting between 0/100 and 1/100 is just out of control. 0 is too dark and 1 is too bright. It doesn't get any brighter beyond 40. Meaning between 40 and 100, it's the same level of brightness, i.e. the highest brightness. On my OnePlus Pad 2 tablet though, everything works perfectly The setting of 10 is nice in a dark room and it increases all the way up to 100 neatly and evenly. Maybe it's just a problem with Google Pixel phones?

@LukeThe UI just spins whenever trying to access any page. Home, Settings, anything. It does not matter. This is the same whether I'm locally connected or from a separate system. If I do not reboot emby from the server side it never comes up. Note that I give up after an hour of waiting. Could it come up on its own after 2-3 hours, maybe but after 1 hour, I give up. Note that I could probably restart much sooner than the 1hr mark but that's the same thing. At least for me restart is the only thing that works.

Yes - The Sky Sports schedules for these have been corrected Sky Sport Premier League 402 "callSign": "SPLHD" Sky Sports Cricket 405 "callSign": "SSPOCRH" Sky Sports F1 407 "callSign": "SKYSF1HD" Sky Sports Action 412 "callSign": "SSPOACD" TNT Sports 3 413 "callSign": "TNTSPO3HD" I still see one wrong schedule but it is on SD channel for TNT Sports 3 on 874 I have reported these to Gracenote. You say both mapped but I can no longer see 970 in the lineup for Sky Q West

Hey, same problem here. On the soundiiz connect webinterface I get the error: "Valid credentials but invalid server configuration." I tried each combination with public ip, domain, and ports 443, 8096 & 8920. The emby server is also reachable from everywhere. It is worth to mention I run the emby server behind nginx proxy manager. @jdewoody71 are you running behind a reverse proxy too? Unfortunately I couldn't gather any more info on soundiiz

Because the previous check was that the third number (4.9.4.1) wasn't 0. The check was changed to the fourth number being 0 just a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks for checking @adrianlovell - these agree with I had in the "Should it be?" column above I just checked the latest Sky Q (West) lineup GBR-1007536-DEFAULT and it has had a big update They have corrected the sky sports channels mentioned above and also put 106 Sky One. @gillmacca01

Will updating with .0 fix it because if im on 4.9.4.1 that doesnt end in .0 so why did it update to that? I would die for a fix for this its been months now

I never added an embedded icon to the plugin as i'm no artist and the built in icons are meant more as examples and for getting the plugin going. Users are meant to supply their own icons. I have added one in this version for DTS-MA so they will shown up. I also made a small change to the resolution detection so it might work better in your situation. After having installed this, remember to change one of the icon positions so the plugin redraws the icons. EmbyIcons.dll

I agree. I was pleasantly surprised to find it on AUR. Works great for me on cachy as well. I cant wait till the new client releases. The emby beta worked on my fedora and cachyos installs, but the repo no longer works for me, which is why I had to go back to the version I found on AUR

I'm experiencing something similar after upgrading to the latest version from 4.8.11.0 - but it's causing my entire machine to power off (guessing emergency shutdown). I've checked emby logs, journalctl, dmesg - and none of them have anything to hint what's causing it. I really enjoy ability to continue watching my fav series while traveling, Emby is great for that.Yet in several cases I was getting blank video screen, yet correct audio while connecting Emby app on my iPad (26.3) to external TV via hdmi cable - why is that? Curious, Infuse app works ok and it does support Emby server browse and playing; yet Emby app has much nicer UI.

Yes, for me Emby is almost useless because of this issue. I watch 90% foreign movies with subtitles. The issue in only for embedded subs! The subs found and downloaded from OpenSubtitles (SRT) work well!
