Nope, just the new. The Internal disk is still connected but it's not "shared"

I would check the TV's date, region and timezone settings to make sure they are configured correctly. Also if their network is using a VPN then try turning it off.

And here we go again on the memory spike coaster - 1 hour later testing with 2 users (1 TV streaming and 1 regular video file). Embyserver is now consuming 3.67GB of Memory. Attached updated logs to see if we can capture what caused this spike in the period. embyserver(1).txt

Thanks for replying. I did the same mapping you did and guide is better. I never had to map anything manually before in Emby. There are some channels guide data missing but don’t really care about those.

@LukeThe issue is the audio is using ADTS which the Roku does not support and will reject without error. In other words it can hang the player. We need to detect this. It does not produce an error. It can/will/does hang the player when fed this as input. MediaInfo display the audio stream as AAC Main. Emby display it as HE-AAC The Roku natively supports HE-AAC, but it doesn't support AAC Main. Emby is not giving enough information about the audio stream for us to properly detect this on the Roku side of things. I've made an issue #1756 on the Roku tracker on GitHub. I've tried to get help on this, because at this point we can transcode all HE-AAC which would incorrectly transcode audio that could directly play. Instead I would rather have Emby display the correct tagging for the audio stream so that we could properly build a capabilities profile to make this work correctly. I need your help, Luke. Please help. Thanks.
