I can't get this update to work on my iPad 2 at all. The app will load and I can navigate the menus but as soon as I click on a video I just get the spinning circle.

Hi, yes there is an issue affecting older iOS devices. We're getting a fix out for it, thanks.

God damn, wish I had known that earlier! Wasted so much time trying to resolve it. Thanks for confirming though!

I have an iPhone 7 running iOS 11.4.1, and I'm also getting the constant spinning circle when trying to play music on the iPhone app. It looks like movies play okay though. I had no issues before this update. I've rebooted my phone, re-installed the app, and made sure my server was up to date.
