This looks beautiful. I not sure is this the right place to ask is there a reason why emby for roku doesnt look similar to this. I dont use the roku box very much but still would like it to look better than it is now it is just to much black colour. It doesnt have backdrops etc.

Pretty sure emby has dropped support for roku. Even if they did change the roku app it would be set up ridiculous like most other clients where you have that dumb metro crap that makes you move 5 times just to get to your library. At least the way roku is now it's set up right. I hope they just leave it.

Yes it support ISOs and BD folders but somehow resume doesn't work for both.

i don't have an apple tv but this looks really good. Can we get this skin over at Android TV. I am not much a fan of the existing skin.

Well I should have been working today but ended up EMBYing all day on my Apple TV. Absolutely fantastic work people. Looks beautiful and functionality is as it should be.

what happen to the password option?

this is great app on my ipad for the apple tv not so great, it can connect to the server or with emby connect then it take you to enter a username and if you type a username with a password no option to enter a password and if you type in the username with no password nothing happens. i guess it is still buggy.. will try again later.

Not working here, I get:

 

"oops, something went wrong. Document not found in stack"

Now I know someone is just playing with me!

 

Upgraded my ATV3 to ATV4 two months ago, then on Saturday night decided I could wait no longer and installed Plex instead, then wake up today and the Emby app is there!

 

Seems great, watched a few movies, got the "oops, something went wrong. Document not found in stack" error one time but doesn't seem to cause a problem as just cancelled it and continued.

Is the app limited to local LAN (DLNA) access to the server? or can it be manually configured to connect to a remote HTTP server for example. My parents have an Apple TV but are currently limited to the web portal because they are in a different city.

you are able to manually configure the app. its best if you have a DNS host name  but if you do not you can input your external IP and port 8096 or 8920 which ever one you are using.

The app doesn't look like this (yet) and doesn't play FLAC or WMA files. I am waiting for the re-release, then will give it another try.

Hi, you probably don’t need to do a full reinstall. Can you try just restarting the app?
