This is a small update with the following changes:

  • Add semi-colon as artist separator
  • Add automatic bitrate setting for Chromecast
  • Improve detection of h264 support in Firefox for Linux
  • Add Indonesian as selectable language
  • Update Tmdb throttling
  • Add robots.txt file to web interface

 

Going forward, the automatic updates will be downloading from Github Releases:

 

https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby/releases

 

Not only can you browse the releases on Github, but now we'll have a history of releases that you can download assets from, if you wish.

 

Enjoy, and remember, this is the beta branch, so please leave your feedback in the community on how we can improve it.

Does this mean that if I have Emby Server set to auto-update on the Beta Channel, I need to go to github and grab the installer?

No, it doesn't change anything with your update process. It's just for your own information since people have been asking for an archive of versions, which we'll be able to have now.
