Try remuxing the video content with ffmpeg or AVIDemux. It could be that the media timeline has issues, prehaps from some editing. Look to see if the timeline counts down correctly when you play the media either with Emby or another 3rd party player. Remuxing takes a couple minutes. You can just set it to copy audio and video. Maybe this will fix it.

I would suggest leaving that blank unless you have a specific reason not to.

If you want to get resolution, I can do this, but it is superslow. So now it is disabled for better performance. There is cache for 1 month. If movie is made by year as now, there is 14 days cache. Within two months after the premiere is, there is 7 days cache. API is hosted via free hosting, so please dont blame me for speed. On my VPS it can parse about 10seconds with 50 images with hires resolution.

Can you show your networking settings? You might have to manually enter your IP. I don't know why it's not detecting your LAN connection. EDIT: NVM did not notice the IP is set. Did you try accessing the server with your AVG firewall turned off?

Bonjour, Le ratio d'aspect et la vitesse de lecture ont disparus de la version Android d'Emby... J'ai un film qui passe automatiquement avec un ratio adapté (je suppose) sur Android, ce qui déforme l'image, alors que sur mon navigateur web, l'option du ratio d'aspect est disponible, il est sur "auto" et l'image est correcte. La vitesse de lecture a également disparue, ce qui est fort fort dommage. Pourquoi changez-vous des choses... Et j'ai toujours ce problème de saccade en lecture de film 4K via Firefox. La lecture est fort difficile. Obligé de réduire la qualité à 720p. Alors que je n'ai aucun problème de lecture avec ma box Android. Merci à vous.

Just started fooling around with Microsoft CoPilot Image Creator because I wanted some icons for my playlists (hated how the generated default square image distorted 2:3 posters). It isn't perfect but it's pretty freakin' awesome IMHO. By default it creates square icons which is exactly what I wanted anyway, not sure if you can change that. The only thing it has problems with is generating text inside of the images it creates. So if you don't want/need text it's super easy. If you want text it might take some extra time/tries. (Separate 1024 x 1024, 96 ppi images are attached)

Only requirement for Emby is a Series folder per show, so no you cannot just drop any given episode in Emby and be recognized. Real examples are needed it is really hard to know for sure what this means as that would be just filenames. If that is the case Movies should be just fine but episodes will not work per what I said above.

I'm ripping the Looney Tunes Platinum Collection (Volumes 1, 2 & 3) and have tested the naming convention suggested by @Mediaholic948- Tagging the Looney Tunes episodes as Looney Tunes - S[Year]E[Episode Number] - [Episode Name] but was wondering if anyone has used FileBot or some other software to name these cartoons automatically or did you name each one of them manually. Thanks.
