Audio Sync Issues with ET on XB1

I have a friend who connects to my Emby instance via his XB1 to play files using the new Emby Theater.  Been trying lately to get it working better for him and have a lot of the rough edges smoothed out.

 

He continues to keep running into issues where the video and audio are out of sync.

 

Just wondering if anyone else is seeing similar issues?

 

I have never experienced such behavior on my systems but was at his place last week (which happens to be halfway across the country from me) and witnessed the issue first hand.  Stopping and resuming sometimes fixes the issue but not always.

 

Any thoughts or ideas on how to prevent this from happening as frequently?
