Manually loaded files don't show in Emby

I apologize in advance if I am posting this in the wrong forum but this looked like the right place.

I am running a containerized version of Emby on Unraid for the past few years and on the whole it's been a great experience.  More recently I've been trying to upload my own content and am finding that the videos don't always display inside of Emby.  Specifically, I have some course material (mp4 files) all with the same basic file dimensions, but only 2 of the 10 files I moved into my video folder show up inside of Emby.

Candidly, I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting as 2 of the 10 files display and I'm only having issues with the other 8.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

HI, try running a library scan and see if that helps. If not then please go over a specific example. Thanks.

Thanks @Luke, I ran a library scan but it's still not working. The specific example is that I have mapped a network drive to my media location, created a folder in the TV directory, and uploaded a number of similar file types.  Specifically, this repository has 10 media files in it but only 2 of them are showing up in Emby although all 10 are in the folder and work if I map directly to the files and open them.

File Names:
2019 - Part 1 - Overcoming Self-Sabotage.mp4
2019 - Part 2 - Same as above
This same naming format and file format plays out for the 10 files

Working Files
2019 - Part 3 - Overcoming Self-Sabotage.mp4
2020 - Part 1 - Overcoming Self-Sabotage.mp4

All the other files don't list out in emby.  Furthermore, Emby is adding what appears to be an episode name to the files when navigating to the repository i.e. "19. 2019 - Part 3 - Overcoming Self-Sabotage".

Comparing the file details, the working files do have a different "Data Rate" and "Bitrate" but otherwise appear to be identical in all other characteristics.

Happy to continue with any further troubleshooting you would like to see done.  Thanks!

Best guess is the naming scheme as "part x" will be our files stacking naming scheme for multi part media.

See Split video files (file stacking) section

If you open the part that Emby does see do you see the other parts attach to that item in the UI?

Thank you @Happy2Play , here is what I see when I navigate to the directory in Emby.  The first pic is straight off the main Emby TV section and the second is in "Season 20" (Not sure why it's showing as "Season 20)...

And if you enter either of those episodes is there a multiversion drop down box or Media Info section showing multiple files?

@Happy2Playno there is no multi version drop down.

@LukeI'll review that link and let you know if this resolves my problem.

Thank you both!

@LukeI setup directories for the years... i.e. 2018 = "Season 1" and then added episode based naming conventions, i.e. "S01E01 Part 1 - Overcoming Self-Sabotage" and it's working now.  Thank you both for your help!
