Not able to play but see all media

I am logged onto the server through my iPhone but when I select the media it will not play. It plays on my nvida shields without issue and this used to work great until I have to change routers. I did go through and set all of the port forwarding and I am able to login. It just will not start playing, what am I missing...see pics below
