politby 88 Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 (edited) Just returned after a long vacation to find Xenon has been released. Unfortunately it refuses to install. I just get a blue screen with the message "Error installing". Before installing from the plug-in catalog I made sure to clean out old DLLs and configuration files from the program data folder. I am running the latest Media Browser beta version. Any ideas? Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk Edited August 26, 2014 by politby

ebr 16184 Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 We got a 403 either trying to download the file from our server or trying to create the temp file to save it in. So, either you have a firewall or something that is blocking our plug-in site or improper permissions on the temp folder for the current Windows user. 1
politby 88 Posted August 26, 2014 Author Posted August 26, 2014 Argh. Probably my Sophos UTM that's blocking the plugin site. It probably falls under some category that is blocked. Which sites should I put on the exceptions list? Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk
