Can't login through any tvs

This is driving me mad as I want to log into my my account I am a premier holder. I can login perfectly fine on my computer or iPad but when I am putting the pin and details into the home screen at the emby login screen it just is not taking it, this has been happening now for about 2 weeks and is driving me crazy

 

i am using nvidia sheilds through 8 tvs in the house and none login

i get the screen that requires a pin and i then go to my pc and go to here    https://emby.media/pin.

i enter my email or username plus my password and constantly get nothing,just the red message saying password or username is wrong?

 

 

WTF.  I THOUGH BINNING PLEX WAS STRESS FREE WHEN I SWITCHED TO EMBY

ITS JUST AS BIG A PAIN IN THE ARSE

Hi, Are your shields and Emby Server on the same LAN?

If so skip logging in with PIN and just use the credentials you setup on the server itself.  No need to use Emby Connect as all clients should be able to easily find the Emby Server when running on the same network.

when you say same lan do you mean same wifi network?

if so the answer is yes if not then im clueless

On the login screen you should see a skip button I believe to skip the PIN login and allow you to continue logging in a different way.

Can you try that.  If it doesn't work take a couple of pictures for us of the login process you go through so we see the exact buttons you see.
