DUG 3 Posted June 2, 2021 Posted June 2, 2021 Hi This is an odd one, I would appreciate some advice. I have a library that otherwise is perfect except it just wont register one particular folder and sub files. instead it randomly registers one or two of the sub files separately within metadata manager as the folder - after removing and re-adding - and scanning. also these items are not showing up in the new content widget. all the other library contents seem fine. I have tried deleting the stone sour folder, scanning library, after the 1 file it did find is no longer registered, I re-added the folder and rescanned. I've done this twice, and the only thing different is which file it finds and labels as the sub folder as seen in the 2nd and 3rd screen shots. also seen in the 3rd screen shot, an example of other sub folders and contents registering normally. Solution ebr 16347 Posted June 2, 2021 Solution Posted June 2, 2021 Hi. Your naming convention appears to match our multi-version feature... Try removing "Stone Sour - " from each of the individual file names. Or, just the " - ". 1
