Emby for Android TV issues

Hi!
I got Emby server 4.6.1.0 installed in docker.
Emby AndroidTv 2.0.09g on both my Sony TV`s and Emby for Android Mobile 3.1.94 on my smartphone.
Detected some issues:

1. when Playing any UHD movie on my 4k TV in emby, in options there are video mode (don`t know how it`s called in English version) is 1080\60 and no option to change it,  while movie is 3480x2160. From smartphone there is 4k - 40mbps and it can be changed to lower resolution and bitrate.
2. I got folders with "Rick and morty" episodes, for example. I am sure, that they worked like a charm. Now if i try to open that folder from TV, emby hangs for a while, then restarts. No changes in folder itself, or access rights were made for last few months. From smartphone and browser same folder opens without issues. 
I detected, that any folder with episodes caused emby for android TV to restart.

Please advise.

Hi, could you let us know what Emby Client you were using on the 4K TV and what type of TV it is?

Looks like Sony TVs with built-in Android.  Those TVs to not support resolution or frame rate switching.  However, your 4K videos should still play in 4K.  You can also change to a lower quality if you wish by selecting a different bitrate in the settings.

For the hang issue, can you reproduce that and then send a log from the app right after restarting it after the crash?

Sorry for delay. 
TV model is KD-49xh8196, android tv
Emby version is 2.0..09g (registered) - latest available @ Google Play market

Hi.  If you provide this information, I should be able to:

Reproduce your problem and then use this button to send the log.  Then add the following information to your report in the forum:
 
  • Exactly what you were doing and what happened.  Include the name of whatever you played if it is a playback problem
  • The time you sent the log (in Eastern Time please - UTC -5)
  • The name of the Emby user on the local server that was logged in at the time

Hi!
Log file sent, via emby app.
I navigate to my movies folder, opened folder with LoveDeathAdnRobots series, then emby restarted.  Right after that I submited log file.
Time is: 13:39 UTC - 05:00
 username: dtr, server name: atom
