hardware decoding issue

using a gtx 770 no decoders or encoders are availible in linux.
windows shows them correctly.
i have the latest stable nvidia drivers (418.181.07)

uname -a:

 Linux pve 5.4.114-1-pve #1 SMP PVE 5.4.114-1 (Sun, 09 May 2021 17:13:05 +0200) x86_64 GNU/Linux

this worked, but on proxmox i also needed to install x, however it doesnt seem to nee to be running.
