hardware decoding issue

using a gtx 770 no decoders or encoders are availible in linux.
windows shows them correctly.
i have the latest stable nvidia drivers (418.181.07)

uname -a:

Did you follow the instructions from the Emby guide? Specifically this:

Required Setup Steps

Always follow the instructions on the Nvidia site, even when the installed driver version appears to be sufficient!

Install drivers from here: Nvidia Driver Downloads and not from your distro.

this worked, but on proxmox i also needed to install x, however it doesnt seem to nee to be running.
