Correct way to fix metadata

My Firefly shows are all named incorrectly in Emby.  The file names are correct, but the corresponding .nfo file has the incorrect information.  What is the correct way to fix this so that it doesn't revert back?  I've tried deleting all the .nfo files and rescanning but they keep coming back wrong.

Probably change the display order on the Series to DVD and Refresh metadata w/replace images to get the proper episode images also.

This will pull the DVD order from TVDB, assuming this is the order you have the series in.

Or you can manually edit each nfo and lock the series.

I just found that display order and changed it.  Refreshing metadata now, will let you know how goes.  I did not notice that setting the entire 2 hours I was troubleshooting lol, hopefully it works.
