Album collection music library 4.6.0.50

I did a fresh install of latest emby on dedicated Emby W10 pc but when i click albums in the music library, cd's which hold a various collection of music for example "Best of the 80's" are not placed inside 1 album.

If that album has for example 200 songs there will be 200 albums of "Best of the 80's" with 1 track inside.

However there are also collection cd's which are just fine but i cant find what the issue could be, as i already compared metadata.

The only thing left that i can think of is, that when an album is not in the MusicBrainz database, it is not being shown correctly in this version of Emby?

Music uses embedded tags now mate so make sure those albums are tagged with something like 'Various Artists" as an album artist.

I can confirm that in the metadata field Album Artist should have 'Various Artists' if you have a collection album. Then Emby recognizes it as 1 album. You can do this by for example using the software MP3Tag.
