Hi,

I'm having problems to organize some of my animes, and One Piece is the one that I cannot find a way to make it right.

I have Sonarr that's download the episode, example:

One Piece - 01 [720p][Multiple Subtitle].mkv or One Piece - 974 [720p][Multiple Subtitle].mkv

Then he moves the episo 01 to the season folder 01 and the episode 974 to the season folder 21.

The problem is that the season 01 is not showing the correct files.

In TVDB (https://thetvdb.com/series/one-piece/seasons/official/1) I have 8 episodes in the season 1.

Inside my Season 1 folder I have:

One Piece - 01 [720p][Multiple Subtitle].mkv
One Piece - 02 [720p][Multiple Subtitle].mkv
One Piece - 03 [720p][Multiple Subtitle].mkv
One Piece - 04 [720p][Multiple Subtitle].mkv
One Piece - 05 [720p][Multiple Subtitle].mkv
One Piece - 06 [720p][Multiple Subtitle].mkv
One Piece - 07 [720p][Multiple Subtitle].mkv
One Piece - 08 [720p][Multiple Subtitle].mkv

But on emby, is showing:

102 files o0

Then on emby, if I go to the season 01, I see a crazy order of episodes like:

One Piece (1999)/02/One Piece - 101.mkv
One Piece (1999)/02/One Piece - 102.mkv
...

I guess because he is thinking that 101 = Season 1 Episode 1... I'm not sure.

There is any way to make it work with this episode structure that I'm producing?

Thanks

Correct.

To me since your item a numbered sequentially they would all go in a Season 1 folder and change Display order to Absolute.  But you still have to verify your numbers correspond with TVDB.

ワンピース - Absolute Order - Season 1 - TheTVDB.com

But putting your sequential numbered episode into each season, no as Emby is looking for say 21x01 not 892.

thanks, for the quick reply

not sure if I understand, but to put in in absolute order I need rename each episode to One Piece S01E01 ... One Piece S01E974 ?

Let's say if yes, another problem is that Sonarr already download it to the folder Season 21 for example of episode /animes/One Piece/21/One Piece - 974,

this will not work to drop it into season 01 folder only.

:(

No need to rename, in my test I just dropped them in the series folder but you can put them in a Season 1 folder with your naming.

1 thru 200

Emby can not recognize it, as a provider search does not know what that is as you are mixing Air season with Absolute numbering.

It works in the example I posted above as I moved them into a Season 1 folder and got the same result with Display Order Absolute.

Hey,

I found a way to deal with the problem of sonarr season folder.

Inside the sonarr series, in edit, there have an option to control this: "Use Season Folder"

Now everything is fine... thanks ;)
