Emby server Pre roll lagging

I just "finished" to set up my emby server on my mini pc.

I am using a pre roll at the moment, but on most devices it is lagging like hell. I am talking about 10second breaks between 2 second video.
I tried to turn transcoding on and off but there was no difference. If I am using my mi box s it is working fine, but from my phone with android app or from my pc it is lagging.
I attached the metadata of the pre roll here, maybe something is off with it.

I hope it is the right place to post it.

Fyi: If I skip the pre roll I can watch anything without lagg on my devices.

In the meantime I just tested something if I try to connect with my IP to my server in the browser it is fine. The problem is I think in the nginx revers proxy/cloudflare side of the things not the file itself. What I still can't understand that why is only the pre roll lagging if I try from the android app / or my domain.

@pir8radio do you have any thoughts on what the difference could be?

are your "pre rolls" MP4?    its not cloudflare, what does your nginx config look like.

Ignore the mp4 question you said you had issues with transcoding too.  The reason I asked is indexable containers that are direct (no transcode) will freak out without the Range Header being passed.  formats like: MP4, Ogg or WebM     but if you were transcoding the Pre-Roll then it should have fixed the issue if that were the case.    anyway..

This is how my nginx proxy manager looks like (also a let's encrypt ssl). Basically it is not even a huge issue rather weird, as I am on the same network on all devices. My connection to the web doh is big time poop. At the moment it is 30mbps download and about 5-6mbps upload.

The issue will be in your nginx config, you are using this GUI to build your config, 90% of the time this is fine for most applications, but emby requires some specific headers to be passed/included.    You will need to edit the text config.   If you click my avatar, then the "About Me" tab on my profile, there is an example config if it helps.

Thank You! I will give it a shot.

Hy Luke thx for the follow up!
At the moment I think the lagging is sorted. I belive it was because of the nginx had problems with the docker. At now there is another thing I try to sort out. :D  I have a few devices and I use the same user account for all of them with same settings. On my pc, and on mobile I can see the pre roll before series and before movies as well, but on my mi box s I can only see it before the movies. It is not a problem, rather something I just can't figure out why. I also attached now the part of the log file when I start a series on the mibox.

I could be wrong but I don't think ATV support this for TV Series yet.

@ebr Is that correct?

Okay that would make sense. It is completely fine I was just not sure if I set up something wrong or not.
