Full metadata refresh with images?

Is there a way to force a full metadata refresh with images? I some how deleted all my cached data and emby isn’t automatically downloading it again. Only way I can see to do it is one movie at a time which would takes weeks.

Refresh the Library itself or multi-select all libraries.

Thank you. I had no idea you could do this from the library screen.
