Movie library files won't rescan after folders were renamed

Yes sorry for not updating.

Drive L was a passport USB that was having disconnect issues.  It was disconnecting so windows Emby wasn't able to read the disk.

We moved a few movies from one directory to another and the drive would disconnect and then sometimes connect back, sometimes not with windows errors.

A check disk was able to get it working again and Michael1952 was able to copy off his movies from that USB drive to another local drive and Emby read and imported them fine.

So a hardware issue.
