mmnow92 1 Posted January 23, 2021 Posted January 23, 2021 Hi. Firstly just want to mention I am new to Emby server. I installed and run emby server on nVidia shield pro 2019 . I have 2 external hard drives connected to nvidia shield via Anker 10 port 60W Data Hub https://www.amazon.co.uk/Anker-PowerIQ-Charging-Macbook-Surface-7-Ports-3/dp/B00VE4UJD4/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=anker+10+10+port&qid=1611433424&sr=8-1 The problem is that my emby server don't see these hard drives when try add them to my emby libraries. How Can I add them as both drives are my media source? thanks
mmnow92 1 Posted January 23, 2021 Author Posted January 23, 2021 added paths to my libraries on hard drives but emby not see any movies etc. the folders are empty on emby . btw. not sure if thats ok but my media are not in NVIDIA_SHIELD folders on each hard drives. don't know if thats important but I want to switch from plex server , and plex server still running.

Solution Carlo 4560 Posted January 24, 2021 Solution Posted January 24, 2021 Have you tried unplugging the drive that works and plugging in the drive that didn't work to the same USB slot. What kind of USB hub are you using?
