Can't log in to server?

Whenever I or someone tries to access my server, it now is saying

"Connecting to Server

You will now be redirected to the domain owned and operated by the administrator of the server you've chosen to connect to:"

And then goes to show my ip and server name. Why is it doing this now? My girlfriend is trying to access it but cant remember her password. She can't reset it because after all this when she hits forget password, it says "please try again within your home network to initiate the password reset process". What changed??

Hi, the change was made to make the host Emby Server transparent so the server isn't hidden behind the Emby Domain.

If your girlfriend can't remember her Emby Connect password, she can reset it here:

It's it's your local server password she can't remember, you can change that right on your Emby Server.

Got it, thank you! Is there any way to undo this change on my end?

No, this is the way it will work moving forward as we can't have servers hidden behind the Emby domains.

Hi.  Just to note, the change in url is not related to the password issue you are encountering.
