Still having trouble with Chocolate Theme

I was going through and adjusting the theme to look the way I wanted.  Adjusting the layout styles, etc.  I got everything almost the way I liked it, then a new version of MBClassic came out and it broke my ability to continue tweaking it.  Whenever I go into my TV shows section, I'm presented with all my shows.  This part looks ok.  Then I select a show, and I'm supposed to be presented with a view of each season side by side (poster view I guess).  However, my layout has them all listed vertically using a season banner, with each episode title listed below them.  This is not what I wanted.  So I hit the key on my remote that is SUPPOSED to bring up the layout config menu.  Instead, it takes me to the MBClassic config menu where I configure all the bits and pieces of the client, not the layout.  To the best of my knowledge, this only happens on the TV->Season select screen.  I reported it before in a different support thread, but it must have been ignored or overlooked, so I'm making a new topic to better locate the problem.

Go into the settings, the cog in the top right corner and untick custom detail view

On the EHS home screen go up to the top right corner, click the gear cog, then go over to Chocolate Views, on the right side there is a setting labeled "Use custom view for series". Untick it to go back to the old way of showing seasons, then episodes

Dang now I'm having a different issue but along the same lines... I was able to bring up the onscreen controls to change the layout, and then I put it the way I wanted it.  Then I went into the season to configure the way I want to see the episodes.  I brought up the onscreen controls again, and tried to make and adjustment to the SIZE.  Soon as I clicked it, the focus went to back to the episode list, while keeping the onscreen controls up.  The only thing I could do was close WMC and restart it.  Now when I go into the episode screen, the whole system locks up, I can't browse/move around, OR bring up the onscreen menu anymore.  If I change themes back to (I know it's old, but it still works for me) NEO, everything works.  If I change back to Chocolate, the whole thing locks up again when going to the episode level.  What should I do?

Have you tried manipulating it with a mouse?

Or, go into neo and reduce the cover size at that level there.  Then go back to chocolate.

Yeah I tried to use a mouse, but there is nothing happening.  The screen is just completely locked.  I also noticed that my CPU usage jumps up to 50% on the extensibility host app when the episode level is up.  I tried adjusting the size in NEO but for some reason they don't cross over.  I have NEO set differently than Chocolate as far as the layout/coverflow etc and what I do there doesn't change things on Chocolate's side.  Is there an xml/css/cfg or something I can maybe edit in notepad to get it back to default?

Try the classic theme to make the adjustment....

Ok I'll try that.  I appreciate your time in helping me.  I'd like to use Chocolate if I can just get it to work right! :)
