According to that the Album is NIV: The Listener's Bible.  I would assume everything has that album name vs the actual folder name ie 1 Genesis.  But your Metadata Manager image suggest all tracks in one folder/Album "NIV: The Listener's Bible".

Gotcha.  So, I'll have to use the metadata mgr to rename the albums to be like the folder names.

Why did Emby not pick this up?  Is it because the tags were already set to the  generic name and Emby used it?

What is the actual folder structure?  To me it looks like you need to change the embedded metadata though.

Yes all audio is primarily run by embedded tags.
