Media Info - Title

I've figured out how to target the icon but can't get the Title to change colour without the rest of the text changing also

bound to be something obvious but not found it yet

h3 color is Title and icon

div.mediaStreamInnerCardFooter h3 {color: yellow;}

If you want different you have to target h3 then i.

div.mediaStreamInnerCardFooter h3 {color: yellow;}
div.mediaStreamInnerCardFooter h3 i.mediaStreamTypeIcon {color: green;}

Custom CSS has nothing to do with this.  You would have to ask in the app/client specific section if the app/client does not show media info.
