rodainas 191 Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 I have all the movies linked with their collection id from tmdb, after installing the plugin, restarting the system, triggering a Full library Scan, it just appears one collection. I have another server pointing to the same directories, same library structure and all the collections are recognized. What could be the problem here? I saw this on the log: 2020-10-28 15:35:22.429 Info Auto Box Sets: Executing Automatic BoxSet creation. Found 488 potential Collections. 2020-10-28 15:35:22.452 Info HttpClient: GET https://api.themoviedb.org/3/collection/218406?api_key=f6bd687ffa63cd282b6ff2c6877f2669&append_to_response=images&language=en&include_image_language=en,null 2020-10-28 15:35:23.438 Info Auto Box Sets: Verified set 218406 as Frankenstein (Universal) Collection - creating... 2020-10-28 15:35:23.454 Info LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path /mnt/drive4/Anime 2020-10-28 15:35:23.455 Info LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path /mnt/drive4/Anime Movies 2020-10-28 15:35:23.456 Info LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path /mnt/drive4/Movies 2020-10-28 15:35:23.456 Info LibraryMonitor: Stopping directory watching for path /mnt/drive4/TV Shows
ebr 16169 Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 Hi. Can you please attach the entire server log?
rodainas 191 Posted October 28, 2020 Author Posted October 28, 2020 Sure here it is. Thank you embyserver.txt
ebr 16169 Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 Hi. Sorry, can you please enable debug logging on the server, then run the auto box set creation and then post that server log? Thanks.
rodainas 191 Posted October 28, 2020 Author Posted October 28, 2020 (edited) Here it is, thank you! Edited December 24, 2020 by rodainas
ebr 16169 Posted October 29, 2020 Posted October 29, 2020 Wow. I cannot tell what is happening there. It finds the first collection, says it is creating it and then nothing else ever from the plug-in. Like it is just hanging up creating that particular collection. Are you able to create collections manually?
ebr 16169 Posted October 29, 2020 Posted October 29, 2020 Can you find the three items that would be in the Frankenstein collection, remove their tmdb collection IDs and then try it again?
rodainas 191 Posted October 29, 2020 Author Posted October 29, 2020 (edited) Ok after that it didnt create any collection, but now am seeing an error. Here it is the new log. Thank you Edited December 24, 2020 by rodainas

Solution rodainas 191 Posted October 29, 2020 Author Solution Posted October 29, 2020 On that last log, It was this Application path: /opt/emby-server/system System.UnauthorizedAccessException: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path '/var/lib/emby/plugins/configurations/AutoBoxSets.xml' is denied. ---> System.IO.IOException: Permission denied The group and owner was root I changed to emby and it fixed it, collections working. Thanks you very much for the help!
