Celestino2 0 Posted October 22, 2020 Posted October 22, 2020 bom dia tenho Emby, Premiere para 75 dispositivos , e 120 usuários cadastrados , simultaneamente ficam 25 dispositivos estou tendo uma mensagem de erro em alguns usuarios quando vai reproduzir o filme , aparece a seguinte mensagem, Excedido o limite do dispositivo emby, por favor contate o administrador do sistema Emby e nao permite a reproducao do filme o que pode estar acontecendo?
Solution vdatanet 1617 Posted October 22, 2020 Solution Posted October 22, 2020 Premiere device limits are not counted by concurrent users, they are counted by devices consuming Premiere features. When a device is not used for a week, the Premiere license is released. So now you have 75 registered devices consuming Premiere licenses.
Carlo 4561 Posted October 22, 2020 Posted October 22, 2020 (edited) Hi, If you're getting a message letting you know you've exceeded the device limit that's exactly what's going on. In this case 75 different devices have taken one of your licenses. If a device isn't used in about a week it will drop off the list and free up that license for a different device. How many simultaneous users or devices connected at any one time has nothing to do with your license count. We are a family owned and operated business. EDIT: vdatanet pretty much answered this. Celestino2 0 Posted October 22, 2020 Author Posted October 22, 2020 entendi, mas notei que a versao do aplicativo mudou automaticamente no dispositivos destes usuarios, que tiveram a mensagem bom, entao tenho que mudar o meu plano para 500 dispositivo, porque tenho 120 e o de 100 nao resolve

Celestino2 0 Posted October 22, 2020 Author Posted October 22, 2020 então, eu notei que a versão do aplicativo esta diferente , eu uso a versão aplicativo 1.7.43G e versao do emby 4.5.2.0 esta aparecendo este erro para alguns usuarios que tem a versao aplicativo 1.8.28g e versao do Emby 4.5.2.0 gostaria de saber porque na versao 1.7.43g , nao apresenta erro, ja na 1.8.28g apresenta a mensagem que estou comentando. tem alguma coisa a ver?
Carlo 4561 Posted October 22, 2020 Posted October 22, 2020 Likely has nothing to do with the app version. What has likely happened is these were devices not used in a week so their license was freed up. They got an automatic update and now when trying to connect again get the error.

Celestino2 0 Posted October 23, 2020 Author Posted October 23, 2020 mas , entao , e como vai ser o rpocedimento agora, o usuario tem que comprar o aplicativo la na PlayStore e instalar para poder liberar o acesso ? estanho, sempre pensei que o aplicativo da playstore era gratis posso estar errado , mas se for isso vai ficar dificil.

Celestino2 0 Posted November 9, 2020 Author Posted November 9, 2020 tarde pessoal estou muito triste, com o emby, por nao conseguir entender os criterios que ele usa para a conexao dos dispositivos , hoje voltou o problema relatado , mais acima, varios usuarios recebemdo a seguinte mensagem, Excedido o limite do dispositivo Premiere, por favor , contate o administrador do sistema emby TENHO O PLANO DE 75 DISPOSITIVOS , AS NORMALMENTE FICAM USADOS 15 , NAO CONSIGO ENTENDER , SE FOR O CASO EU MUDO PARA 100 DISPOSITIVOS MAS GOSTARIA DE ENTENDER , POIS ACHO QUE O MEU PLANO E SUFICIENTE , FICO NO AGUARDO DE UMA RESPOSTA OGRIGADO

Carlo 4561 Posted November 9, 2020 Posted November 9, 2020 Keep in mind this is total devices using a Premiere feature or unlock. Devices not used in about a week fall off your device count. If you had 25 users and each and every user had 3 devices they used needing a license that would be 75 devices.
