Guest RodneyWatters Posted September 3, 2020 Posted September 3, 2020 Can someone help me figure out how to get my Emby server to work.my options are theses four choices: enter user manually,login with connect, switch server & send logs. A couple weeks ago I paid to unlock my Samsung tv and I’m paid up to the 15th of September. Hasn’t let me view anything for about a week. I’ve tried to login with connect and I get to a spot where I enter a pin but then goes back to screen where I have the four options. I’m not to tech savvy, but I enjoyed the Emby when it worked.

Carlo 4561 Posted September 5, 2020 Posted September 5, 2020 You don't know the username? How many users had you previously setup on your server? Do you have a lot of files? If the answer is none or 1 user and you only have a few files or libs setup. Just blow away your Emby install and start over. If you already have a decent amount of work put into it, we can help you. Let us know.
