Missing EPG for channel CFTM-HD 10.1

This morning after refresh guide the EPG for channel CFTM-HD 10.1 is missing.

I rescan channel on HD-Homerun tuner and refresh guide and EPG still missing for that channel.

The EPG was available  yesterday.

I can confirm the channel is properly mapped to the guide data.

I checked the mapping of individual channel and channel 10 was not mapped properly.

I assigned the proper channel to it.

 

About a month ago channel 10 changed frequency, however the EPG still mapped properly until today.

All is working now.
