I only have the play button on my media bar, is there a way to change this?

Have you tried pressing "down" on your remote? That should show the full OSD with all the playback controls.

Wow I feel so stupid, thank you. I tried pressing down at first but it works when I press it twice.

Try the up button as well for chapters and thumbnails as well.

It's going to be.  I've added client sections to the KB area which will start getting filled in with info like this.
