heffe2001 0 Posted October 10, 2013 Posted October 10, 2013 I'm currently running v 3.0.5029.36830, and since the last 2 updates (the first where you can run as a service, and the 2nd that came down shortly thereafter), I've not been able to get metadata to update. I added 2 new movies 2 days ago, and both show up with no metadata. I went in and tried to add the imdb.com ID numbers to both, and still no metadata (it ends up putting the imdb TT number into the moviedb slot as well for some reason). I thought it might be something to do with me NOT running as a service on this release, so I switched over to service mode (set the service as my NAS user, so it could log in without issues), and still no metadata updates. I'm running on Windows 8 Pro w/Media Center, AMD FX-8320 CPU, 8gb RAM. My NAS box is an Unraid system, which has been running fine for years. The user I'm using for logins is the same user I've used from the beginning. Dropbox link to the log files: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9fqb44le2lw1ery/server-63516996619.zip I'm getting tons of exceptions in the log, maybe someone here can make more sense of it though. I can access those directories from the machine fine, and have read/write access.
heffe2001 0 Posted October 10, 2013 Author Posted October 10, 2013 Thanks for the quick answer. I was getting ready to add to this that if the movie exists on themoviedb, it works, but it appears to not be scanning imdb.com stuff at all.
Solution Luke 42077 Posted October 10, 2013 Solution Posted October 10, 2013 there will be a new one up soon that will fix both. 1
