oneclear 1 Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 I have read the wiki article on Connect but I am still at a loss on how to remove an old server name from the login page on Android TV app. Is there no such thing as a Connect web page where you can remove connections?
Solution Riggs 312 Posted July 4, 2020 Solution Posted July 4, 2020 (edited) Just press and hold the button on the server you want to delete and a pop-up menu with the forget option will appear and you're done Edited July 4, 2020 by Riggs typo
ebr 16195 Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 Hi. Yes the above will work, or, if you select the server and the connection times out, then the app will also offer you the option of removing it then. Please let us know if this answers your question. Thanks. 1
jscheeren 16 Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 (edited) If using a PC and a browser and getting to the list of servers screen reached by selecting to change servers, or to use Sign in with Emby connect, both of which I tried today, one cannot delete or remove dead servers. Clicking on the three dots will only offer the delete function if the server is alive. A long press on a server does nothing except spend a bunch of time trying to connect to a server that is not alive, then telling you it can't connect, but does not offer a remove or delete option. Attempting to do this from a Firestick works fine. Edited January 4, 2022 by jscheeren

I have logged into my Emby Connect account and see numerous "dead" servers from when i was playing with this previously, there are no options to remove these. I have tried this on iOS app. pressing and holding on the servers does nothing on the iOS app. Edited May 15, 2022 by chenks
