Guest Posted July 2, 2020 Posted July 2, 2020 Hi, I'm redoing all my libraries and for Movies and Series I'm using folder view. In the movies, you have already completed the screening and everything went well. In the Series library, the structure is similar to that of movies ... Folder: MOVIES Subfolders: Cult Movies, HD Movies, Premiere Movies, etc. So for Series ... Folder: SERIES Subfolders: As shown All folders are perfect, but this one highlighted, Emby did a crazy thing. It is the Subtitled Series folder (with subtitles). He simply named the folder with the title of a series that I never had and put with seasons of that crazy series, all the subtitled series that I have. I looked carefully and the folder is the same as the others, which Emby processed correctly. What can I do to resolve this dilemma? HELP !!! Thank you since now.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted July 2, 2020 Posted July 2, 2020 (edited) Since Emby is making the Folder a Series you will need to go over the structure and content of that folder. Edited July 2, 2020 by Happy2Play
Guest Posted July 2, 2020 Posted July 2, 2020 There is no error in the folder structure. Only the items in the SERIES / Series Subtitled folders present the problem, as can be seen in the image. I have now reconfigured all the subfolders of the series inside the folder and everything is perfect and I just saw a file after the last series (tvshow.nfo) and removed it. Now I'm doing a new tracking (the fourth or fifth already) in the Series folder, which by the way, always paralyzes the process by 95% and needs more than 6 hours to complete.
Solution Guest Posted July 3, 2020 Solution Posted July 3, 2020 You see, there was (and there is) no inconsistency in the structure of the Series folders and what happened, transforming a folder into a Series, I am convinced that it was an error of the EmbyServer when I did the crawl. I am convinced of this, as I just removed the entire Series library and remade it in the same way and now, almost eight hours later (the time it took only for Emby to reprocess the Series, even though all the metadata was in the folders) the library Series was perfect. In this case, closing the topic. The information remains that Emby got lost in this case, perhaps because there are 5 subfolders in the library folder. I can't say, but there was no inconsistency in the structure.
