Playback frozen

Was watching a thing. It froze. On the dashboard it looked like it was playing just fine. Backed out of it and resumed several times, it's just frozen.

 

Restarted the server, tried it again. Same frozen image, no audio, and this time it's frozen on the dashboard as well albeit seven seconds after what's frozen on my TV.

 

It'll be right at the end of the bigger log, then right at the start of the smaller log.
