Hardware Transcode gpu selection

So i have the hardware transcode set up after buying the subscription and i was wondering if it was possible to set a specific gpu for the transcode. For example, my current pc has a Geforce 780 and i have a spare 660 laying around, could i plug in the 660 and have emby use that for transcoding so that if i was playing a game it would not affect the gpu.

Also, would it be better for the server to run from an ssd and have the media files on a hdd or would both on hdd be easier for the transcoding etc.

1) If you set "Enable hardware acceleration when available" to advanced under transcoding settings, you will have a list with all available hardware en/decoders that are available so you can target a specific GPU

2) Having the both server and media files on an HDD wouldn't affect transcoding, but you it's a good idea to keep all media metadata, cache, images, etc. on an SSD for faster access times
