External Access for Emby fails

just got a new Modem and a network Phone. Unfortunately, the network Phone needs to be plugged into the modem to work and therefore I'm unable to set the modem to bridge. So when I create the External Access it fails. Any suggestions please and thank you in advance.

So you set it to bridge because you have another router sitting behind the modem?  Regardless, just port forward from the modem to your server, bridge should have nothing to do with external access.

thank you @mastermind11 i had to log into the Rogers modem and Port forward to the server then go into the server and port forward Emby to the Router

i dont know what port forwarding emby to the router means, but glad you got it working.
