Ced455 1 Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 Hello, I am having some stuff gathering EMBY API data for my grafana and i noticed that the the user activity display one hour behind the front end, however the time zone +00:00 is right (london) So i am having a hard time converting the wrong time time with the right timezone, should i just fake the timezone in my script or ther is something else to do from emby settings ? Sorry if my question is a bit dumb, i am just starting
Luke 42077 Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 Hi, the dates that come out of the Emby Server api will be UTC. That means the time zone on the client devices needs to be set correctly so that the front end can convert from utc to local time.
Solution Ced455 1 Posted May 4, 2020 Author Solution Posted May 4, 2020 Hi, UTC was the answer, thank you very much ! 1
