I would like to download images from all languages

The title of the post is not exact, but provide a concise summary of what is happens. I have as preferred language "Italian", when I add a Films that does not have as primary Image an Italian tagged picture, the metadata manager is unable to download the image. If I push the button "Browse Images" this is what happens:

 

 

If I select the check box "All languages" this is what is shown:

 

 

I want to enforce that the check box "All languages" is ON by default, but I was unable to find an option regarding this feature.

 

Last but not least, the version of my installed server is: 3.0.5289.18702

I'm having the same problem, but wouldn't it be better to have a waterfall system where it first tries to find an image in the preferred language, if none are found in English and only searches all languages when still no images are found?
This would be to avoid downloading images with text in a language you don't understand at all, forensis in Russian or Chinese in my case .
