Overactive Onscreen Controls

To paint the full picture, this issue involves 3 pieces:

  1. MediaBrowser Classic
  2. The Maxifier (http://www.mods.com.au/Maxifier/) - Allows Full Screen no-chrome on multi-monitor setup
  3. Synergy (http://synergy-project.org/) - Anti-KVM, 1 mouse/keyboard for several devices

In order to duplicate:

  1. 2 or more machines, having multiple monitors and configured with Synergy. 1 of them having Media Center, MediaBrowser Classic, The Maxifier, and is designated as the Synergy "Server".
  2. Move mouse around on any of the 3 displays not showing Media Center while video is playing.
  3. Onscreen controls appear.

I believe that this behavior began when the newer, cooler controls were added in. My request is that only when moving mouse within the screen displaying Media Center should the controls appear.

Thanks.

Unfortunately, that is a lot harder to accomplish than it would seem.  So, for now, I'm catering to the 80% of people who have dedicated display devices running their video.

Thanks for having a look.

Fortunately, I was able to resolve by tinkering with the settings. I'm not entirely sure which did the trick, but the current config is doing the job.

This can be closed, I am satisfied.

Thanks.
