Cannot Stop Artwork from Downloading (Artist/People)

Hello,

For my music library, I have unchecked every possible artwork downloading option that exists, uninstalled any audio database plugins, and deleted all old artwork files from my server. Despite this, emby will not stop downloading art for my music library. It's incredibly frustrating. I run into these constant bizarre annoying problems nearly ever single day on emby - which is a great product otherwise - that are simply never fixed. What can possibly be the problem that is preventing my settings from actually working in its indented way?

Here are my settings in case you might still predict I missed something.

What is the point of these settings if they accomplish nothing?

Hi there, can you give an example? Thanks.

1. Artwork is manually deleted

2. Metadata is refreshed (*note fetcher settings shown in original post*)

3. All possible artwork is still downloaded (backdrop and logo in this case)

OK yes currently this is an open issue for artists that we are aware of. It will not impact media in the library though such as songs or albums.

Okay, is this fixed in a future revision? Artwork is arguably one of the most important factors of media aggregation, so if the main settings related to it don't function properly it's not really a good look.

Yes it is on my list for review, and again it is only affecting artists because artists are shared objects in the system that are not specific to any single media library. That is why the per-library settings are currently not working for them, so I need to figure out what we're going to do there. Thanks.
