After power outage Emby Localhost will not load

Hi

Emby on Windows works great. Had power outage and now localhost will not load. Which is the best way to get back up and running. Have a mirror image of my C drive on Macrium backup.

 Nothing in Taskbar. No service running. I will go and restart Emby server and see what happens.

In the end Server has started running.
