Transcoding still using 100% CPU

Hi,

 

I've recently upgraded to Premiere to be able to use hardware acceleration but I have issue with transcoding :

The CPU is still used at 100%, whereas the GPU is used at 9% only.

 

Is there something I could do to improve this and free some CPU ?

I cleared previous logs, started emby server and played a video that needed transcoding.

@@Yul37 - The source video is 10bit which causes decoding and scaling to be done by the CPU.

 

The upcoming 4.4 release will be able to do all of that using hw acceleration.
