Lots of music file don't show length and can't play

Dear all,

 

I'm new to Emby. I got problem with play file that some of them do not show the length and when I press play, they do not run at all. I rescan library many time and try to refresh metadata too but didn't work. Any solution for that? I'm using Emby 4.3.1.0
