Paid for Emby Premiere but not recognized

Hi, I first tried Emby for one month and within the month, I paid for a lifetime. My Premiere was entered and it worked for some time but when the month expired, my lifetime was not recognized and it asks me to "Get Emby Premiere". I double-checked that the key I received by email after paying for the lifetime is the one that was entered, which happened to be the exact same one from the previous one-month subscription. Help.

Can you remove the key, hit save, then re-add the key and hit save.  Then post the server log if status does not update.

I just received an email about Privacy Badger possibly interfering. Don't know if anything else was done, but after disabling Privacy Badger it works now. Thank you

Yes there are several topic about it and your log probably would have shown failed connections to the admin server.

Our KB article references this issue as well.  The KB is always a great first place to start as it is easily searchable for your issue (this forum sometimes isn't very good at search).  Or an email to billing support as you did is fine too.
