Emby Premiere Android TV App unlock for guests

Hi,

 

simple situation.

 

I'm hosting emby server on Synology and use clients on Android Phone and Tablet - Apps are free.

 

I also created an account for my friend that he can access my emby Server.

 

He is using the Android TV App on nvidia shield which is not free and has to be unlocked.

 

The question is, has my friend still to unlock the app, if the server (me) signs up for emby Premiere?

Nope, if the server has Premiere and you are within the device limit then the clients do not need to unlock.
