How do I enable delete permissions?

I can't find the delete option on any of my recorded TV shows/episodes. When I search for this problem, the solutions say "have you enabled delete permission for the user on the library".

 

My problem is that I can't *find* the delete permission for the user, either under the user settings, or under the library settings.

 

Where is it?

OK. Found it. I expected to find it under "Access", but no.

 

It's on the main profile page for the user; scroll down a bunch to "Allow Media Deletion From..."

Yep that's it, I had just done that yesterday, but the opposite. Only the admin (me) can delete, don't want anyone else to be able to in case of an accident. Kind of a handy feature.
